Keane Offshore International Ltd. (KOIL) was previously Keane Offshore Integrity Ltd. (also KOIL), the nominated National Verification and Engineering Auditor for Irish Offshore Oil & Gas activities (1979 – 2016), covering exploration and appraisal drilling operations, development programmes, production operations and final decommissioning. This role was under mandate from The Irish Petroleum Affairs Division (The Irish Offshore Licensing Authority), a Division of the Department of Communications, Climate Action & Environment.

As a result of KOIL’s direct in-the-field knowledge and experience of Offshore Oil & Gas activities over 37 years to date, including knowledge of industry project tasks and associated service provision by contractors and individuals, KOIL future business plans involve matching industry tasks with expertise available from contractors and individuals.
